Terms and Conditions

The terms governing use of this website, the status of the information we publish here, and the basis on which we provide services to UK clients.

Last updated: 17 August 2026

These terms govern your use of this website. Services are provided under a separate written agreement, and where that agreement differs from anything here, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Who We Are

This site is operated by One Stop Future Consultants Limited, a private company limited by shares, registered in Ireland with the Companies Registration Office under number 725318. Registered office: Nawab Ali Building, Main Street, Ballaghaderreen, County Roscommon, Ireland.

The Information Here Is General

We publish technical opinions, cost ranges and descriptions of how things work, because that is more use to somebody choosing a supplier than a page of adjectives would be.

It is general information and not advice on your situation. Reading it creates no professional relationship between us, and no engagement exists until a written agreement covers it.

Nothing here is legal, tax or regulatory advice. Where a matter needs a solicitor, an accountant or a certified assessor, we will say so rather than attempt it.

Estimates and Timescales

Any duration or price given on this site is a typical range drawn from work of a similar shape. It is not a quotation and cannot be treated as one, because the cost of this work depends almost entirely on the condition of what already exists.

A quotation is only ever given in writing, after a scoping conversation or a paid assessment, and only that document binds us.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Search rankings are decided by Google, not by us. Model performance depends on the data supplied to it. Whether a system delivers a return depends on decisions made inside your business after handover.

We do not guarantee rankings, positions, traffic, model accuracy or a return on investment, and we will not sign an agreement stating that we do. Anyone in this industry offering those guarantees is telling you something useful about themselves.

Ownership of Work

Under our standard agreement, intellectual property in the code and documents produced for you passes to you on payment, and you hold repository access from the first commit rather than at the end of the project.

We keep the right to reuse general knowledge, techniques and components that are not specific to a client. We do not name clients or publish work without written permission.

Using This Website

You may use this site for lawful purposes connected with our services. You may not use it in breach of any applicable law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, or extract its content systematically for use in a competing service or for training a model.

Intellectual Property in This Site

The content, design, logos and brand assets here belong to us or are used under licence. You may read, download and print pages for your own use or your organisation’s internal use. You may not republish, sell or redistribute them without written permission.

We link to external sources where they are the authority on a point. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this site, or for indirect or consequential loss. Liability arising from services we provide is dealt with in the agreement covering those services.

Nothing here affects the statutory rights of a consumer under UK law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory UK consumer law, and you may bring proceedings in the UK courts.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
