Data integration solutions earn their money by making one failure impossible: the load that stops quietly while the dashboard keeps showing yesterday’s figures under a current date.
We build pipelines that announce their own problems, and we hand them over with runbooks so anyone on your team can act on the alert.
What Our Data Integration Solutions Actually Do
Four properties, and a pipeline missing any one of them will eventually cost somebody a week.
Incremental by default. A nightly job moves yesterday rather than reloading five years to add a day, which is why a load window that took nine minutes in year one still takes nine minutes in year three.
Idempotent. Running the same job twice produces one copy of each row. That is the single most common defect we find in pipelines built in a hurry, and it surfaces as revenue quietly double counted for a day each quarter.
Replayable. When a source is down for six hours, you reprocess that window and nothing either side of it. An hour of design at the start saves a fortnight of retrofit.
Loud on failure. Alerting goes to a person who can act, not to a log file nobody opens.
Schema Drift, Which Is Not an Edge Case
Somebody renames a column in a source system, because to them it was a five minute change in their own application.
Our pipelines detect that the shape has changed and stop, with a message naming the column. The trade is that a load occasionally halts for something harmless, which beats silent corruption discovered in a board meeting.
Our data integration services include the monitoring that makes those stops visible the same morning rather than the following week.
Sized to the Data You Have
Where your data fits comfortably in PostgreSQL and reporting runs overnight, a database, a scheduler and a handful of well written jobs will do the work with nobody learning a new platform.
We resell no licences and hold no partner tier, so the recommendation carries no margin. Data fabric solutions and warehouse platforms get assessed against your actual volume, with the numbers that make the case either way.
Where volume genuinely warrants a warehouse, our data engineering services cover that build too.
How the Work Runs
Data integration solutions here open with a paid review: what the current jobs do, where they fail, and what each load costs in time and money. That produces a written document with options and prices, and it is yours whatever you do next.
Then fixed price against a defined deliverable, or a day rate where the sources are unknown enough that a firm number would be a guess. Everything is handed over with runbooks, because a pipeline only its author can debug at two in the morning is not finished.
Working with a data integration consultant who reads your sources before quoting is what makes the number real. Tell us where the data comes from and how wrong it is allowed to be.

Where the numbers still disagree once they arrive, that is data quality and reconciliation.
Where the output is a report, the design work is on dashboards or, for Microsoft estates, Power BI. Where the servers and deployment need attention too, that is infrastructure.
