One Stop Future Consultants

An Irish Consultancy for Data, AI, Software and Marketing

An Irish registered consultancy building data, AI, software and marketing systems. Work delivered inside the EU, with the repository yours from day one.

  • 01 Registered in Roscommon, not a branch office
  • 02 You own the repository from the first commit
  • 03 Paid scoping before either side commits

Built with

Power BI Azure Data Services PostgreSQL Python dbt TypeScript Docker React Node.js Claude and OpenAI APIs Office.js Cloudflare nginx Linux

Irish companies with a reporting problem and no engineering function of their own need one team that covers the whole of it.

  • 01

Deep enough in four disciplines to own a problem that spans them.

  • 02

Sized so a single well-scoped piece is worth quoting for.

That combination is what lets a project start at the piece actually blocking the decision rather than at the piece somebody is staffed for.

That is the work we take, and the people who quote it are the people who finish it.

What we do

Four Lines of Work

Data, AI, software and marketing, with document engineering inside the AI line. Most projects land across two or three of them, which is exactly why they were awkward to buy in one place.

If you are not sure which one your problem is, describe the decision that is waiting on it and we will name the piece to buy first. That conversation costs nothing.

One Stop Future Consultants Limited is registered in Ballaghaderreen, County Roscommon, under CRO number 725318. Ireland is where the company is, not a sales address bolted onto a firm based somewhere else.

We work across data, AI, software and the infrastructure underneath them. Those lines sit together because the awkward projects live in the gaps between them, and an AI project is usually blocked on data held in three systems that disagree about what a customer is.

Doing the whole thing means one team is answerable for whether it worked, which is the part that gets lost when a project is split across three suppliers.

What can be checked

An Irish Company, and You Can Look It Up

Every figure below is checkable from a public register, from this page, or from code we can show you. A number you can verify is worth more than a logo you cannot.

  • 725318 Registered with the Companies Registration Office. Incorporated 5 September 2022.
  • Roscommon Registered office in Ballaghaderreen. A real address, not a Dublin accommodation address.
  • Day one The repository is yours from the first commit, not on final payment.
  • 1 to 2 days Paid scoping, with a written assessment, before either side commits to a build.
  • Data and AI is the side of this we lead with

Ireland is well served for digital marketing and thin for data engineering, so the data and BI page and the AI page are where this site argues hardest. Power BI semantic models, pipelines, retrieval over your own documents.

  • Your data does not have to leave the EU

An Irish company on European infrastructure, so residency is the starting point rather than an upgrade. Where data cannot leave your own estate at all, models can run on hardware you control.

  • Document engineering, with something to show

A Word task-pane add-in on Office.js, a DOCX processing service, a browser PDF editor. These are our own projects, so we can show you the code and how the awkward parts were handled.

  • This site is the work sample

Three markets from one codebase, no JavaScript bundle on any page, self-hosted subset fonts, and a style guide you can read. Judge the engineering by the thing you are reading it on.

Every claim on this page is checkable before you speak to us, which is the standard we would want applied to anybody quoting for this work.

How it is bought

Three Ways People Buy This

Most projects sit across two or three of the four categories, which is the awkward part when you try to buy them separately. These are the three the Irish practice is built to run. Each is priced as its parts, not as a package with a number on it.

  • Build and prove

AI that stays in the European Union

The use case is clear and the data is not allowed to leave, either by contract, by sector rule, or because a client would object.

On-premise AI or EU-resident deployment decided before anything is built, because residency sets the architecture. RAG development over your own documents with citations that resolve, and AI evaluation documented well enough to show somebody, which under the AI Act may not be optional. Data quality first, because retrieval over a corpus nobody maintains returns confident answers about how things used to work.

    • On-premise AI
    • RAG
    • AI evaluation
    • Data quality
  • Fix the foundation

    Reporting you can defend

Two systems disagree about the same customer, and the monthly pack takes three days to produce.

Data quality and reconciliation first, then data engineering for pipelines that fail loudly and replay cleanly, then Power BI and dashboard design built around a decision rather than around every field available. Predictive analytics only once the inputs are trustworthy.

    • Data quality
    • Data engineering
    • Power BI
    • Dashboards
  • Acquire and measure

Paid search sized for this market

Irish search volumes are a fraction of the UK equivalent, and a UK-shaped budget spends most of itself finding that out.

PPC sized for the volumes that genuinely exist here and billed as a fee rather than a percentage of spend, so recommending you spend less costs us nothing. Conversion rate optimisation where the traffic will not support a test, which here is most sites. Link building through digital PR into a media market where the same twenty outlets cover everything.

    • PPC
    • CRO
    • Digital PR

Each of these is quoted as its parts rather than as a package with one number on it. You can buy a single piece, take the whole shape, or stop after any stage, and the pricing stays the same either way. Tell us the decision that is waiting and we will say which pieces it actually needs.

How it runs

How a Project Actually Goes

Four stages, each producing something you can use on its own.

  1. 01

    You Describe the Decision

Not the technology. The decision that is stuck, or the process quietly costing somebody a day a week. The right tool falls out of that conversation.

  2. 02

    Paid Scoping

One to two days. You get a written assessment, the options, and a real number against each of them.

  3. 03

    Build

The repository is yours from the first commit rather than on final payment, so the work is visible while it is happening.

  4. 04

    Handover

Documented, with the reasoning written down. If you never ring us again, it still runs and somebody else can maintain it.

Money

How We Charge

Paid scoping, in euro.

Work normally opens with a paid scoping session of one or two days, producing a written assessment of what exists, what is wrong with it, and what each option costs. After that it is a fixed price against a defined deliverable, or a day rate where the work is genuinely open ended. Invoiced in euro from an Irish company, so there is no cross-border VAT question to resolve first.

The assessment is yours to take elsewhere

If you read it and hand the build to somebody cheaper, that is a fair outcome and it has happened. It is a better result than us talking you into a project that was the wrong shape from the start.

Our commitments

What You Can Count On

Six things we hold to on every engagement. The first is about Ireland specifically, and all six are worth checking against anybody else you are considering.

  • Irish registered, EU resident

One entity, incorporated here, working on European infrastructure. Residency is the starting point for every architecture rather than an upgrade, and your compliance advisers get the data path in writing.

  • Four disciplines, deliberately

Data and BI, AI and LLM applications, software and infrastructure, and the search and paid work measured on top. Deep in four rather than shallow in twelve, which is what lets one team own a problem spanning them.

  • Defined work, finished

We take a scoped deliverable and complete it, with the accountability for whether it works sitting on our side. That is a different purchase from hiring hands, and it is the one we are built for.

  • Business hours, named engineer

The person who scoped your work supports it, during a working day you share, with a runbook that lets your own team handle the routine parts without ringing anyone.

  • Security as engineering practice

Authentication, authorisation, tenant isolation, encryption and a code review before anything ships, with the architecture note your advisers need to evidence the compliance position they set.

  • Independent of every vendor

No partner tier, no licence resale, no commission from anybody. It is why we will point you at a product you can buy instead of a project you would pay us for, and why the tool follows your data.

Practicalities

What Irish Clients Ask First

The questions that come before the technical ones, answered without a call.

If your question is not here, it is probably a good one, so send it.

Where are you actually based?
The registered office is in Ballaghaderreen, County Roscommon, and it is a real address rather than a Dublin accommodation address with the work happening somewhere else. Company number 725318 with the Companies Registration Office, incorporated in September 2022. Most work is remote, which is normal for this kind of engagement and is how the majority of Irish data and software work is delivered.
Do you invoice in euro?
Yes, and this is the one market where the currency you think in and the currency on the invoice are the same thing. One Irish entity, euro throughout, no conversion and no foreign-exchange line.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. The repository sits in your account and we work inside it, which means you can take the work elsewhere mid-project, and knowing that is most of what keeps us honest about progress.
Is there a minimum engagement?
The paid scoping session is deliberately the smallest thing you can buy, and for a good number of enquiries it is the only thing worth buying. If the assessment says the problem is a spreadsheet that needs restructuring rather than a system that needs building, we will write that down and you can stop there.
Does our data have to leave the EU?
No. We are an Irish company working on European infrastructure, so EU residency is the default rather than a paid tier. Where data cannot leave your own estate at all, open models and pipelines can run on hardware you control. Your own advisers set the compliance position and we build the architecture note that evidences it.
Can you work alongside an existing supplier?
Usually, and it works best when the split is written down before anyone starts. Where we are taking over something already built, there is a paid review first, because reading the codebase is what turns an estimate into a real number rather than a hopeful one.
How quickly can you start?
Scoping is usually a week or two out. A build depends on what is already committed, and we would rather give you a real date than a comfortable one. If the timeline you need is not one we can meet, the first email is the right place to find that out.

Tell Us What Is Stuck

Describe the problem rather than the solution you had in mind, and we will tell you which piece to buy first and what it costs.
